ok, i’m going to take a step in a different direction to and go against my norm, instead of the usual bullshit today i’m going to just bitch about some things that have pissed me off

first, this whole, “go green” bullshit has been pissing me off, we’ve got low emission cars, hybrid cars, bio diesel cars, and now they’re working on hydrogen cars that emit only water, sweet, nothing beats driving around on a hydrogen bomb, that sounds fun, well you know what you green fuckers, fuck all that bullshit, your hybrid still uses fossil fuels, fuck your low emission, low emission only means it is less then it was before, who knows how much less, sure it’s pretty fucking miniscule with the ratio of people driving these days anyways, you want to fucking go green get a fucking bike, you know those fucking pedal things that OMG have NO emession, unless your fucking farting with each pedal so try to refrain from farting as well, and guess what, riding that bike can also help you to live a bit longer by getting your fat ass into shape, HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!! NO WAY!!!!!! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I CAN STOP POLLUTING AND GET INTO SHAPE AT THE SAME TIME, SURELY YOU JEST!!!!!!!

next, not sure if i ever bitched about the movie cloverfield before or not, can’t remember, ok, it was a pretty good movie and i really enjoyed it, but i do have a major complaint, the fucking monster design was fucking horrendous, lets see, a giant fucking monster that looks half like the Sin monster from FFX and half like a fucking ape, in the movie that make it a point to have one of the characters state how it must have come from the ocean, fuck that, the thing’s front arms are like a gorillas and it’s back limbs are like that of a crippled underdeveloped midget, there’s no fucking way that top heavy beast could swim, and on top of that they mention him eating people, well, if he’s here to eat people or eat anything living for food for that matter why do the parasites covering it’s body blow things up when biting them, thats very fucking productive, go forth my little weapons and succesfully destroy all of my possible nourishment, how perfect of a weapon is that, lame

next, i saw that move “the forbidden kingdom”, it was pretty cool, not the greatest but it was pretty good, after the movie and actualy throughout most of it i began to realize that the damn movie is basically an oriental themed remake of the neverending story, instead of an old bookshop owner who sends the kids mind into the fantasy world it’s an antique dealer, jackie chan leading him through the movie is very much like the luck dragon, there’s more that match up pretty damn good i just can’t think of anymore right now, but the whole movie made me think of neverending story

lastly, and again, don’t remember if i got to this before but it was intended, the fucking game condemned 2, condemned 1 was fucking awesome and one of my favorite games, condemned 2 on the other hand i actualy stopped playing for a bit out of annoyance, not that its a bad game but they took the cheese route in trying to make it a scary game and it pisses me off, by turning the games brightness all the way off and giving me a flashlight doesn;t make the game scary it makes it shitty, and on top of that because that obviously wasn’t enough they also had to cover all the walls with black shit so now it’s even harder to see EVEN IF YOU USE THE FLASHLIGHT, great, fucking thanks, assholes, can you get any more lazy, i mean fucking seriously, it’s bad, and if you haven’t played it yet here’s some pics i took from my tv, don’t worry it’s HD so you don’t have the funny scan lines and shit

does anybody else loathe Gamestop? I have nothing but trouble whenever I need to go there, on about 4 occasions now I got “sorry, we ran out of the preorder gifts”, would help to not give them to friends I guess, I also hate getting charged full price for the open copy of the game, just happened yet again today, I understand it’s the shelf copy, and supposedly not played, but everyone knows once something is opened the price drops, the copy of Baroque (Wii) I got today was a shelf copy but hard to find so I took it anyways, get halfway home and realize the back of the case is slashed with a razor destroying the case and sleeve, have to turn around and go all the way back because you can only return something like that to the store you got it from it seems, one occasion they took my preorder money and decided not to list it as a preorder so didn’t get the gift, still trying to find the Okami Buddha Board preorder gift for the fiancee, fiancee went there once and got me Jet Set Radio Future again, she asked them if they had it and they said they were too busy to look for the case and gave her just the game disc, so today, luckily, I found another copy and bought that just for the damn case (it’s the non dual case), it annoys me when a game goes out of print and the value rises above market price and every sealed copy Gamestop has suddenly becomes an open used copy with a price jack, how convenient, and finally, I’m tired of them doing ebay prices on used games, saw a used game in the xbox bin for $90, think it was Marvel vs Capcom, can’t remember exactly, I understand that ebayers get that much and thats why we hate ebayers for gouging prices and buying all the games to turn a profit, and now the store does it before them, doesn’t make it any better

i just can’t get past this, i know, but it pisses me off to no end with these fucking “gamers” come out of the wood work retardedly bashing things, my new example is a comment to an xplay video, let me share it with you:

now this video was about the game companies xplay is looking forward too this year (epic games : GOW2, lionhead studios : Fable 2, Radical entertainment: Prototype, Insomnia Games: Resistance 2, Bethesda Game Studios: Fallout 3), so yeah, 2 of the games in his comment related to the video, but of course being a fanboy he had to get a pot shot in at ps3, resistance is not the only game obviously, and resistance is fucking awesome, hence them putting it in the top list, and i’ll agree that GOW was good but the MP sucked ass, the MP stages were so fucking small you could lob a grenade from your spawn to the other spawn, resistance MP is if I remember 30 man now, and no lag, the one level i played was a room intended for 8 and was as big as the GOW stages, need to get on and see how big the 30 man rooms are

so yeah its been a little since i bitched about anything, not that everything isn’t pissing me off, it is, stupid holidays are just too damn hectic, especially with a kid, plus the whole terrible two’s thing, oh its awful, damn kids, but on the bright side the kid drew my attention to something that does piss me off, DVD’s, they’ve been pissing me off to no end lately, mainly because we put a little tv and dvd player in the kids room, the thing thats fucking annoying is the warnings and comercials and previews, its a fucking wiggles dvd, do they really think a fucking toddler is going to run off and bootleg it, and what the fuck does a warning do anyways, people still fucking copy them, how about you get rid of the fucking, we paid for the fucking dvd and don’t want the fucking warning or previews there, i want to watch the fucking movie, now some dvd’s are courteous enough to say right in the beginning, press menu to skip to the movie, thats alright, i can skip the bullshit and get to the goods, others allow the skipping of warnings and previews with the skip button, soem just make you sit and fucking deal with it, its not so bad when i’m going to watch something, i usually put it in and get a drink and shit and when i’m ready its at the menu, but when your trying to put an evil child down for a nap you don’t want to deal with that shit , put a fucking option on the menu or something for previews, or hey, maybe AFTER the movie, or do what tv does where they split the screen, is that so fucking hard, NO, its not, i’ve done video editing…. assholes, and yes, there is a chance that if the dvd had an option on the menu to watch the previews instead of forcing it chances are i would, i do on anime dvd’s to see what else i may like

next… fucking torrents, torrents used to be a great way of finding shit, now obviously theyre being shut down left and right, thats not the problem here though, the problem is all these “pirates”, “scene groups”, “hackers” are getting fucking annoying, what happened to the good ol’ days of downloading a zip or rar file, or hell, a large group of rar files, unzip and your good to go, not anymore, everyone has to do things a different way and make it complicated, so lets see now, the warez scene is there to help people get programs they normally couldn’t, well guess what now they still fucking can’t, now you need some obscure weird ass archiving program because it’s, OMG!!!!!!!!, open source so everyone MUST use it, then once thats done, you need to go to filext.com to figure out how to fucking open the file you extracted, because god forbig it’s all just in one archive, or god forbid its just a standard format everyone has access to like an iso file or something, now in a related subject, open source is good, linux is lame and horrible, lets see, on a pc i donwload aim, run the exe enter name and password boom, good to go, want to chat on linux(i was using ubuntu) tough fucking luck unless you know what the fuck your doing, i don’t, i had to follow a fucking tutorial to install one fucking program and it took like a fucking hour, how fucking shitty is that

ok, back now, so due to christmas and me winning some fucking fantasy football thing (i didn’t know what the fuck i was doing but hey, i won so hah) i was able to get my ps3, now that i have all 3 “nextgen” systems i’d like to give my thoughts on each and maybe help people decide on one

-PS3-

ok so this is my newest system, i wasn’t anti ps3 but was anti ps3 at the time it came out, it was way to fucking overpriced AND had no games and the ones it did i already played on 360 a year prior, so anyways, the pros of the system, the graphics on the ps3 are fucking amazing, in hd anyways not sure about sd, i didn’t think they would be any better then the 360 but they are and they fucking rock, drakes fortune for example, the wrinkles in his fucking shirt move and change as he moves, and if you go in the water he gets fucking wet, thats the shit right there, the built in wired and wifi is a nice feature as well, the ability to stream music and movies and get pictures from the comp is another great feature (yeah i know 360 can too, IF you pay extra for media center edition xp/vista), i watched a movie from the pc over the wireless with no problems whatsoever, was able to pause rewing, replay with no errors or lag or glitching at all, try that on the 360 (yeah i have so fuck you, ability to customize the background and icons another nice feature, cons of the ps3, the internet and friends list is kind of shitty, have yet to play a game over the playstation network so not sure about that aspet yet, the system is fucking football shaped, the controller can only be charged when plugged in to the fucking short ass cord and the system is on, lame as hell, i charge mine off my cable box now, and still a small selection of games but enough for me since they built up whole i waited on buying one, also, sony and it’s spiteful ways and taking out backwards compatibility, good thing i still got my ps2

-360-

this one will be short since its been around a while now and everyone has played it, system looks great in hd, not as good as ps3 mind you, the major pro of the 360 is xbox live, they have the internet gaming down perfectly (accept the past few weeks), the mail system, chatting, in most cases no lag, its done so damn good i don’t think any other system will have a chance in beating this out, customizability of the blades is a nice feature as well, cons of the 360, live fee (which doesnt really bother me that much, but it is a con), lack of games, now understand what i mean there, 360 has many many fucking games out there, a majority are first person shooters, i don’t like fps games that much and most of the games they have that aren’t fps suck, then of course the lifespan of the 360, mine is still going since 2 months after release, keeping my figners crossed there, but a majority have died, and instead of making a batter stable fix microsoft wants money and released the 360 elite that used the old shitty noisy disc drive and cost you more, wow, how nice, and now they have a new system coming out that cost as much as the 80g ps3, seriously? you didn’t learn from sony, wtf, and of course only wired internet unless you pay more, the game issue is a major con though, whats a system with no games

yes, i love my nintendo Wii, if you believed the article right below this go hang yourself because your worthless and i don’t want your fucking eyes corrupting my page anymore, this is a family friendly site and your stupidity is ruining it for everyone, anyways, pros of the wii, the system is fucking fun, i have a blast playing all the games i bought, the wiimote is done so perfectly it makes playing a game more then just sitting there, everyone game accept a couple of the release titles work perfectly with the wiimote if your smart enough to set it up right, its got backwards compatibility, 4 gamecube ports, built in wifi, takes sd ram cards AND can take gamecube mem cards, how pimp is that, cons, the menu is a little “eh”, the market is pimp due to all the classic nes games but the internet set up is lame, no real time friends list, stuck with the wiicode, lets hope you don’t need wiicode and a gamce specific friend code as well, but we’ll see about that, can only really send mail to friends and that doesn’t even go right through (the blue light message notification is pimp though), lack of games, now what i mean by lack of games isn’t nintendos fault entirely, most of the 3rd party titles are just shitty mini games, the full one real games are fucking awesome, and the possibilities with the wiimote are endless, but developers take the quick loot method and shit out these shitty minigames that downplay the systems potential

if you’ve ever talked to me about video games you’ll know that i LOVE video games, have since the first day i got an nes when it came out, and i’ve played nearly every day since then give or take a few days, and again if you’ve talked to me of games you know i’m addicted to two specific series of games, the final fantasy games, which i am nearly complete regaining all of them again (due to financial issues had sold some of my games and systems off a few years back), and the Silent Hill games, whcih again, i need to regain most for my collection but still have my original part 1 non greatest hits from when i first bought it, now i’m not saying these are the best games, no, the best game ever made are resident evil 4 (gamecibe version, possibly to be replaced by the wii version if i ever play my copy), the darkness (360) and shenmue (dreamcast), i also love shadowrun, which i have both snes and genesis versions of just need the crappy 360 one to finish that collection, anyways this is about silent hill not those other games, i never heard of this place and its realy not that far, only like a state below me, and i want to go there really bad, it’s like a living silent hill (movie silent hill) and in fact the movie is actually loosely based on this place, hell even the roads going to it have the road closed detour signs, only a few people still live there, the us postal service revoked it’s zip code and its been taken off maps, this place is centralia pennsylvania, the deal is that it has a massively rich cola deposit beneath the city that was mined, and they had a pit they burned garbage in, well the burn pit caught some exposed coal on fire and the fire has been burning underneath the town since 1962 and still burns to this day, in some places, as you can see in the pictures on the site, the ground smokes and is hot to the feel and no vegitation can grow there, houses have collapsed, roads have collapsed and sink holes are seen in various places in the ground, one guy had a sink hole open under him and he caught on to some tree roots and was helped out by his cousin, it’s just crazy and i want to go there so bad

on a side note the halo 3 screenshot in my live group has ended, it turned into more of a popularity contest, the winner had good shots, better then mine, but the other that had more votes had worse screenshots, i got my vote and my brothers and thats it, lame
