Ægrus Somnium

so i went to this show last night at the pube, the show was moved there last second due to a fire at the other club, there’s was like 6-8 bands playing don’t even remember, i know some had cancelled but those ones aren’t the point of this anyways so it doesn’t matter, this local band necrosis played and they were pretty good, now if any of the members ever stumble on this site they’re going to be all OMG someones talking about us, but simmer down buddy, i ain’t started yet, now first problem, the band had this big chested attractive girl running around cheerleading for them in tight clothing, all like “everyone c’mon you gotta come in and see necrosis”, “come inside, necrosis is the best band your going to see here tonight”, that last one was a statement made to the singer of the band that was headlining, guess if they were the best of the night they’d have been headlining huh, so she’s making the rounds to each little group outside trying to lure them in, once the band starts she’s strutting around between each song and saying shit in the mic like a fucking ring girl, pulling people into the pit, flirting with guys to get them to jump around and mosh, thats the first thing that made them look like a fucking joke, if you need to lure people into the pit with a fucking cheerleader rubbing there backs and flirting, flitting her hair every five fucking seconds like a brainless ditz, bouncing around to get the guys looking, thats just sad, your music should draw them in not that shit, 1st strike in my eyes, next, i’m standing outside with some of my friends, we’re there for like 10 mins or so just bullshitting and a couple of the band members come out moving their equipment, they get near us and out comes strike two “get the fuck out of the way assholes” wow, fucking rockstars, now we would have moved anyways if we had seen them beforehand, and if we had known of their seemingly high rockstar status, but nope they just shit out their mouth right in front of us, 2 strikes, not looking so good, of course one of their friends stands at the edge of the pit and almost get hit by one of my friends then starts running his mouth about how he’s going to jump my friend and shit, don’t want to get hit stay away from the pick you dumb fuck, thats not the band so i guess no strike there, but then the singer, the cheerleader, and possibly another member of the band leave right after their show, now they are total fucking rockstars, show a little fucking respect, strike 3, lastly today i ran into one of the members that did stay the whole night, walked by and mentioned “hey, saw you at the show last night” and the reply “I was playing, I’m in Necrosis”, well fuck me, sorry, let me bow down, strike 4, what the fuck is it with these little local bands

it’s about 2:30am now, got back from the anal blast (another of my fliers, more self promotion) show about 30 mins ago, wasn’t a fan of them before the show and guess what, still not a fan, the singer does have a set of balls though, he was telling the promoter that we’re lucky we’re the 2nd show of their final tour because he’s not sure if he’s going to be alive by the end of the tour, guess he’s dying of something, heard it’s diabetes plus too much alcohol that killed the liver, pretty shitty, he came out of the show and went straight to the van while the rest of the band hung out, even more shitty, anyways, i’m writing not because of anal blast but because of the shit that happened tonight, first, a very funny incident, i went to the bathroom at the club, the mens bathroom had a stall and a urinal trough(sp?), if you haven’t seen these it’s like a giant metal sink that’s a good length and you piss in that, all the guys in a line pissing into a big long sink, sucks, this ones long enough for like 2 people, anyways, i’m pissing and this goofy kid comes in and goes into the stall to piss, nw when he comes out i’m just finishing zipping up and am looking at all the band names written on the wall and stickers and shit and putting up a sticker of my brothers band, this doofus, get ready for this, goes to the urinal trough and is all confused, pulls the flush nozzle and the water runs out along a pipe dripping into the pisser, and he runs his hands along the pipe to get water to wash his hands, he thought the pisser weas the sink, fucking hilarious, i informed him that the sing was over further but didn’t mention what urinal trough was, and the sink was broken and was just kinda dripping water, granted enough to wash your hands, but he couldn;t get the sink to work, felt the hot water and walked out, fucking amazing lol, next, we’re all outside, weathers is drizzly but not that cold, coat weather still, and we see tons of cop cars flying into this little place less then 100 feet away, like a little store or something, 3 people yelling to the cops saying the guys over there, pointing to the store, the cops all jump out of their cars with guns drawn and running towards the store, now me, my brother and some friends were like wtf watching all this happen standing in front of the club, club is called valentines btw, trying to figure out whats going on, now to understand the setting here’s a picture:

saturday night i went out to a show, btw i also made the flier, little shameless promotion there, anyways, my brothers band played, In the Casket, they just got voted best metal/hardcore band in the capital district by metroland, which is pretty damn cool, the other bands were good as well, well, wasn’t too impressed with the opening band but not that bad, the highlight of the night was by far the band Shat, this guys are amazing and ridiculous at the same time, they owned the show, best/funniest show i’ve ever been too, thats saying a lot, they put on a show that imo was better then the best ones i’ve seen to date which are the aquabats, gwar, and icp/twiztid, yeah icp sucks now but the shows were good bad then, sadly all i had was my cell phone on me but got some pictures and some video from it, and now i would like to share it with everyone, enjoy all that is Shat, also, you can’t see in the vid or pics and i didn’t know but his actual balls are hanging out the whole show lol, i’d also recommend hitting the pause button in the top right of the nav bar to pause the sites music while you listen/watch the vids

ok so i was getting my daughter out of bed this morning and a song came on the radio, btw this is going to be short, anyways, this song comes on the radio in her room and i’m listening to it and the first thing that comes to mind is “cool, orgy has a new cd coming out” bzzzzzzzzzzzzzz wrong, it was finger eleven, whoever thje fuck they are, think i’ve heard them on the radio before, but anyways the singers voice in this specific song sounds just like the orgy singer, anyways here’s the song that confused me, followed by a song by orgy so you can see how both singers sound, i know little of anything else finger eleven did or who came out first so who knows, it just sounds similiar:
