not really sure why but all this morning i’ve been looking into this dipshit timothy treadwell, or as they like to call him, and his documentary is named “The Grizzly Man”, anyways, if you don’t know anything about this guy he started an organization for bear lovers and spent 10+ years of his life living with grizzlies in a wildlife park in alaska.

in the beginning i guess he did carry a form of pepper spray for defense but soon after refused to carry any form of defense because “he knew the bears”, the moron would then pitch his damn tent right where bears would be so there would be kinda a forced interaction, and with his vid cam he has 100+ hours of footage of him getting really close to bears, sometimes playing with bear cubs and what not, also it was stated somewhere he’d like chant “i love you” to the bears or some shit, sadly when the documentary did air i fucking missed it.

now understand this, i’m not against the protection of animals, they are living things and without them the balance would be thrown off and the planet would die basically, but this is not how you go about protecting animals. if you know of this story or are at least reasonably intelligent then you already know or can see where this is going, but before the funny ending we should point out that he supposedly got several sitations from park rangers about how he was acting, storing food improperly (which leads to bad things with bears), basicaly endangering the animals by getting to close, ignoring the rule of moving your camp site weekly, so basically he wasn’t smart, and the rangers who are there to actualy protect the animals and lands warned him yet he wouldn’t listen, obviously he knew more about bears then the rangers, hell, just look at his past, drug addict and alcoholic who went through rehab, theres proof that he knows what he’s doing.

so what happens to this fool in the end? well, he takes his woman out camping with the bears, putting his tent right near a river that the bears use to catch salmon to store up fat for the winter, you might be thinking, “wow, bad time to put yourself in a bears path” but not for this genius, so in the ned what happened? yup, you guessed it, they were eaten, well, he was eaten and she was kinda stored away for later eating, here’s a quote from wikipedia on it (and yes i know wiki isn’t reliable but i read a bunch of articles from papers and news reports and this just sums it up best without pasting them all here:

“On October 6, 2003, Treadwell and Huguenard’s bodies were discovered by Willy Fulton, the Kodiak air taxi pilot who had arrived at their campsite to pick them up. Treadwell’s head, partial backbone, and left forearm/hand still wearing his wrist watch were recovered at the scene. Huguenard’s partial remains were found near the encampment, somewhat buried in a mound of twigs and dirt.”

now, sadly, there’s no video footage of this, but his vid cam was running with a lens cap on, i’ve been trying to find the audio and haven’t had much luck, i found one mp3 thats 2 mins and 3 secs, the full audio is supposed to be 6 mins roughly, this fits by accounts of what is said in the audio but chances are its fake anyways, but fuck it, i’m still posting it, and also an edited version. the story behind the edited version is this, i was listening to the “bear attack audio” and went t put on a song to listen to and opened a second player so the song was playing with the attack and it just seemed to fit so well that i need to post that.

what was said about the real clip:
“The bear attacks (Treadwell), and he calls for help. Ms. Huguenard opens the tent fly and is very upset. At her urging, he ‘plays dead.’ It sounds like the bear then retreated for a couple minutes but returned. It again went after him, and he begged her to hit it with something. She in turn screamed for him to fight. The audio ends with his sounds no longer evident and her screams continuing.”

need to appreciate the irony as well, loves bears, won’t carry anything for defense, said if he’s eaten then he’s eaten and hoped his favorite bear were the one to do it if it happened, then he screams for her to hit and hurt the bear, also in several articles they did mention a storm going on at the time.

now, after they found the bodies, well, remains of timothy which was like his head, arm and spine, again not entierely sure on that, read it somewheres and can’t find that damn article again, and his woman was found nearby slightly buried for perhaps later eating, here’s the image drawn of the areas they were found

and for the final irony, what happened when the ranger and investigators showed up, they shot the bears, way to go on protecting them dipshit
